This varies from time to time. Echoes and SOYCD are always there or thereabouts, as is much of DSOTM. I also like many of the earlier tracks.
Currently I am digging listening to the best live version of Money (IMO) - the reggae version from the Momentary Lapse tour and contained on DSOT. I just love the reggae take and the bass and keyboard solos.
Album:
DSOTM or WYWH.
WYWH has some of the best keyboard work in the whole Floyd canon, whilst DSOTM is, well, just classic.
