i'm about to upgrade a lot my floyd (recordings) collection, i have the majority on cd (original 'standard' issues and a couple of remasters) and the rest on vinyl, which i'd like to upgrade to cd for the first time...
someone ~please~ give me a rundown and some opinions of ~the~ definitive issues (cd)!
remasters all round? stick with 'standard' issues? what's with the 'gold' editions? reissues? imports?
apologies if these questions have been asked numerous times before!

I don't know the answer to these questions...I've nevere really been a 'definitive' guy myself. However, I *think* there might be some info on them at amp-f.com (not sure though.) Otherwise, ask Bleech. He knows all that crap.
And welcome aboard definitive newbie ken! Thank you for being polite! Enjoy the wonderful world of amp-f!
