Now that is SPOOKY. I was at the shop earlier for a newspaper and the kid wanted a lolliepop thingy that has a little toy inside. The toy was a miniature globe key ring. After reading your post, I thought I'd show Megan where we live on the map, and lo and behold, the UK is missing ! It's a SIGN I tells ya !

Gaaaahh, time travel does my nut in. Recently read a book by Robert Silverberg ( can't recall the title ) about time travel. It really took the subject to it's extreme limits.

Any early 70's Silverberg is worht reading. 'Dying Inside' in particular is a classic.

My favorite time travel story is by Stanislaw Lem in 'Star Diaries.' (The seventh journey.) It also pushes the subject to extreme limits, but probably not the same ones.
