They say that we should wait and they say that we need to take more measures. I say 12 yrs is enough time and that if they wanted to take more measures, they should have already.
Take for instance your 14 yr old child. You have repeatedly told that child to do something and they refuse. You try taking away their toys and they still do not comply. You take from them the phone, the video games the TV and still they do not comply. Just how long are you going to wait before you spank this child? Certainly not 12 yrs. And although Iraq is a country, Saddam is a child and should have been spanked sooner.
