The Wall Live in Berlin on DVD

Hi,

I was lucky enough to see Gerald Scarfe this evening talking about his work particularly with Pink Floyd and at the end when I got him to sign the artwork on my Wall LP he told me that he'd just finished recording a voice-over for a forthcoming DVD release of Rog's Live in Berlin show. Anyone know when this might appear?

Gerald was a *very* interesting fella to listen too particularly when he mentioned he regularly used to play snooker and drink Special Brew with Rog!

Sadly not! But then according to my girlfriend he has very little to do with computers. My girlfriend is chief technician at the theatre that his touring show was in last night. She told me that when he turned up with his laptop with his Powerpoint presentation on it, he wouldn't even take it out of the bag. She had to do it for him!

Why would Gerald be doing a voice over for a concert??? Is this true??

If so, great!

I guess he would be talking about his artwork and designs of the inflatables used in the show.

During his theatre presentation, he did show a few slides of the early Earls Court Wall shows.
